Win 8.1 - Security-only Update May 2017

Installs the May 2017 Windows 8.1 Security Only Update.
Does not apply security updates from previous months.
Stops the Windows Update service.
Changes the service startup type to manual if disabled.
Reverts the service type back to it's orginal state after deployment.
Requires PowerShell 2.0.
This package may take hours to install. The Timeout has been set for 4 hours.

Microsoft lists the following as Prerequisites but are not included in this package:
KB2919355, KB2932046, KB2959977, KB2937592, KB2938439, and KB2934018.

Common Issues:
Installation may hang or timeout if-
Windows Updates are already in progress.
A reboot is required but will not be initiated by this deployment.

Known Issues:
If the PC uses an AMD Carrizo DDR4 processor, installing this update will block downloading and installing future Windows updates.
