File In Use

You receive the error, "File in use" or similar.

The error usually indicates a previous deployment to a target computer has not properly finished or cleaned up its files. 

You can wait for the installer to finish, kill the runner process on the target, reboot the target machine.

In certain cases, a reboot of the PDQ console is necessary depending on which file is in use.
