A WMI operation took longer to complete than the allowed time out.
The operation may just be taking longer than expected or there may be a problem within WMI which is causing the operation to hang.
Increase the time out in the application (if available) otherwise perform diagnostics and a repair of the computer's WMI database. If you are using PDQ Inventory, go to Preferences under the File menu. In the Performance panel verify that the WMI Timeout value is appropriate for your environment. The default value is 45 seconds. (see image, below)
Generally speaking if a WMI query takes longer than 120 seconds to complete you may have some larger issues that need resolving within WMI.
