Account Disabled

The User Account used appears to be Disabled. 

Possible Causes

The Windows User Account has been Disabled. PDQ products require valid Windows User Accounts to perform Deployments or Inventory scans.

Recommended Fix

Enable the specified Windows User Account. If you are using Active Directory Users and Computers then navigate to the User Account. Right click on the account and select Enable Account.

The example below shows an example of enabling  the Active Directory account Randy.Marsh in the Southpark domain.
