Service did not start due to a logon failure

The service could not be started becuase its user account could not be logged on.

Possible Causes

Either the uesr name or password given for the service are not valid or the user does not have the Log on as a service privilege.

Recommended Fix

Ensure that the  name and password are correct and that the user has the Log on as a service privilege. 

The Log on as a service privilege is defined per computer (perhaps through GPO) and needs to be enabled for all users, including admininstrators. Admin Arsenal's products attempt to assign the privilege when starting a service, but a security policy may make this attempt fail without an immediate error.
