If you are only able to see an outline (or part of the Inventory Console) when you open PDQ Inventory over an RDP session you may need to perform one of the following steps. After attempting each step please verify that the problem still exists before attempting the next.
- Apply the Hotfix described in this Microsoft KB article (Windows 7 only) (Thanks to Jeff D. for submitting this KB article to us)
- Disable hardware rendering as described in the PDQ Inventory documentation (look under "System Registry Keys")
- Disable hardware acceleration (described in this MSDN article) by adding or changing the following registry value. The value should be 1 and value type should be DWORD.
